UPMC Western Maryland offers free one-on-one personalized health and wellness planning for individuals who want to make long-term behavior changes to improve overall well-being and health. Sessions can be done in person, virtually, or by phone.

Our board-certified health and wellness coaches provide tools and support to help clients physically, mentally, and emotionally. Coaches can help guide you to make and move toward your goals, empower you to tap into motivation and provide ongoing encouragement and support.
