Previous conversations are now read-only: Conversations with your provider from before October 3, 2026 will still appear in MyUPMC, but in a read-only format. This means you will not be able to send any additional messages in that conversation. To continue an existing conversation with your provider, send them a new message. Your provider can refer to the earlier conversation as needed.
View recent health records: Your UPMC health information is preserved and secure, but only the most recent five years of records will appear in MyUPMC. If you need access to records that do not appear in the portal, go to the Sharing Hub in MyUPMC and select "Yourself" to see your options for requesting previous records older than 5 years.
If you care for a child, parent, or loved one, proxy access lets you stay connected to their care—right from your own MyUPMC account. Access options vary depending on a patient’s age and preferences.
UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care has a dedicated patient portal, separate from MyUPMC. With the UPMC-GoHealth portal you can access information about your urgent care visits such as after-visit care information, visit history, lab results, and more.
MyUPMC now brings all of your UPMC care together, including providers and services from the UPMC Children's Hospital, UPMC Hillman Cancer Center, and other specialties. As the final step of unifying UPMC services through a single portal experience, MyUPMC now offers a more connected and convenient way to manage your care.
