Why UPMC didn't miss a step, even when impacted by CrowdStrike outage

UPMC is a customer of CrowdStrike and its cybersecurity services, but its planning and quick work first contained what could have been a devastating blow to its computer system and allowed it to carry on with no impacts for patients and providers.
