Our CTT had the distinction of becoming one of the first licensed Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) teams in Pennsylvania under the oversight of the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare.
The services are organized according to present standards for ACT teams. Mental health professionals within ACT teams include:

- Vocational/educational specialists
- Master's-level professionals with expertise in substance abuse treatment with mentally ill individuals
- Psychiatric nurses
- Forensic specialists
- Peer counselors
- Therapists
- Intensive service coordinators
- Social workers
Services are provided on an average of three- to five times a week for each individual.
Staff is available 24 hours a day for crisis intervention services.
