A safe, supportive alternative to hospitalization
When emotional distress or psychiatric crisis becomes overwhelming, Resolve’s Overnight Crisis Residential Unit offers a compassionate, community-based alternative to inpatient mental health treatment. Designed to feel like home, this voluntary program provides short-term, 24-hour care for individuals seeking stabilization and support.
We welcome both adults and adolescents (age 14 and older) for stays of up to five days. Youth and adults are cared for in separate areas to ensure age-appropriate support and privacy.
What you’ll find in our home-like setting:
- Private bedrooms for rest and recovery.
- Semi-private bathrooms.
- Nutritious, quality meals served daily.
- Laundry facilities on-site for your convenience.
- An outdoor space where you can get fresh air and socialize with others—if you’d like.
Comprehensive mental health support:
- Daily contact with your assigned clinician to support your recovery goals.
- Daily recovery groups focused on wellness, coping skills, and emotional support.
- Access to a licensed prescriber for medication management.
- 24/7 nursing care.
- Support from certified peer specialists who’ve walked similar paths.
- Service Coordinators on-site to help you engage with new or existing services.
- A safe and warm environment where you can also meet with your current treatment team.
Our goal is to help individuals regain a sense of safety, stability, and hope—without the need for hospitalization. Whether you're navigating a crisis yourself or supporting someone who is, our team is here to help.
