Main Information Desk at UPMC Altoona

You’ll find the information desk in the main lobby entrance (Atrium) to UPMC Altoona. Staff at the information desk can give you directions and assist you with any special needs. The desk is manned from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m, Monday through Friday.

UPMC Altoona has several different elevators. You will likely receive directions to use a specific colored elevator.

• Purple — Parking Garage Levels P1-P5 and Outpatient Center Levels 1-7
• Red — Outpatient Center Levels 1-7
• Orange — Outpatient Center Levels 1-7 and Tower Levels 1-7
• Blue — Tower Levels 1-14 (patient rooms)
