Residency Programs Affiliated with the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine

UPMC Mercy is one of the joint sponsors of two affiliated residencies at the University of Pittsburgh.

Emergency Medicine

Emergency medicine residents rotate to UPMC Mercy throughout the three-year residency program and approximately eight of the 36 residents are assigned to UPMC Mercy each month.

Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residents rotate to UPMC Mercy throughout the three-year residency program and approximately ten of the 34 residents are assigned to UPMC Mercy each month.
