Your treatment plan might include one-on-one sessions with a trained and licensed counselor.
They might work with you and your family to see how relationships impact you and how your condition impacts them.
You might also take part in group therapy or meet with a Certified Peer Advocate.
Through therapy, you'll:
- Look inward to learn more about yourself and your actions.
- Gain coping skills and tools to manage your mental health condition.
- Work on methods that make the most of your strengths and effectively address your challenges.
