The Maternity Unit at UPMC Wellsboro recently underwent renovations and improvements to its postpartum and labor/delivery rooms. In an effort to promote healthy starts and happy families, the facility was built with comfort in mind. There are plenty of private spaces for family bonding and spacious rooms that encourage "rooming-in" with newborns.
To help prepare you for childbirth, we offer expectant parent classes as well as a free infant and child CRR course for parents, grandparents, and family care givers.
