The UPMC Chronic Pain Management Program is an outpatient day program designed for people who experience chronic pain that has not been resolved through traditional physical therapy, medications, injections, or surgery.
As a team, we teach you how to manage your pain independently and find ways to improve daily function, return to work and social activities, and decrease pain.

Our treatment team includes behavioral health specialists, biofeedback therapists, physical medicine specialists, physical therapy specialists, and vocational counselors.
Referrals are accepted from physicians and other health care providers, rehab agencies, and patients.
