Join us to Pink Perry Square! UPMC Hillman Cancer Center and UPMC Magee-Womens will kick off Breast Cancer Awareness Month by honoring the strong survivors in our community. Meet with breast and cancer physicians and staff, listen to moving survivor stories, enjoy light refreshments, and turn the fountain PINK for the whole month of October. This event is free and open to the public.

Celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness Month with UPMC Hamot. October is a great time to get your annual 3D mammogram (tomosynthesis). Women 40 and over who have not had a mammogram in the last year are eligible to participate in this event.

If you have health insurance, it will be billed for the screening mammogram. Women without health insurance are welcome and encouraged to come for a screening mammogram; assistance will be provided to cover the cost by the Sandra Lynn Martin (SLM) Breast Cancer Fund at Hamot Health Foundation.
