Volunteer Requirements at UPMC Chautauqua

Students who are 14 years or older must:

• Obtain working papers.
• Schedule an interview with the Volunteer Coordinator.
• Complete the application process, which includes attending an orientation and having a physical exam with a TB (tuberculosis) test.

Adults who are 18 years or older must:

• Schedule an interview with the Volunteer Coordinator.
• Complete the application process, which includes orientation and getting a physical exam with a TB test.

Where Do You Want to Help?

Here are some ways you can volunteer to help patients, families, and UPMC Chautauqua staff:

• Greeter at entrance
• Patient escort and/or transport
• Inpatient rounder
• The coffee cart
• Maternity information desk
• Food service (Cafeteria - wiping down tables)
• Teach activities in Residential Treatment Center (art, music, physical, etc.)
