As Pennsylvania’s largest hospice provider, Family Hospice serves many counties in central and western Pennsylvania.
Family Hospice:
- Helps patients make choices about their care.
- Supports family and friends who are grieving.
- Educates both professionals and the community about end-of-life issues.
- Maintains high standards for quality services and community education as part of the UPMC continuum of care.
Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week in a variety of settings, including private homes, personal care and nursing homes, hospitals, and our two inpatient care centers located in the city of Pittsburgh on the Canterbury Place campus in Lawrenceville and the other in Williamsport, Pa.
