Common Gynecologic Problems We Treat

Abnormal bleeding (heavy periods) — bleeding that lasts longer, is heavier, or does not occur at a regular time.
Adenomyosis — benign condition where the inside lining of the uterus grows into the muscular layer of the uterine wall.
Endometriosis — cells that line the uterus grow outside to other areas of the pelvis or abdomen.
Fibroids — benign growths that develop in the muscular layer of the uterus.
Infertility — inability to become pregnant after having regular, unprotected sex.
Ovarian cysts — fluid-filled sac that forms on or inside an ovary.
Pelvic organ prolapse — the “slipping” or “falling” of the organs of the pelvis (the bladder, uterus, or rectum).
Pelvic pain — pain in the lower abdomen.
