Offers a wide assortment of freshly baked pastries, muffins, scones and bagels. Also featured is a full array of hot and cold espresso beverages, freshly brewed coffee, fruit smoothies, and specialty teas sure to please any palate.
Vending machines offering beverages and snacks are located in the waiting area of the Emergency Department and in the basement level of the hospital, outside the cafeteria. They are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The UPMC Community Osteopathic Gift Shop is located in the Main Lobby of the hospital and offers a selection of gifts designed to celebrate any occasion.
All proceeds from the gift shops go back to UPMC for patient care services.

Mail and packages will be delivered to patients by a hospital volunteer. Please note that flowers are prohibited in Intensive Care units. Any mail received after a patient's discharge will be forwarded to their home address.
