The MHBC Foundation boasts a long tradition of helping UPMC Bedford Hospital maintain the highest quality care to its patients. Over the past 34 years, the annual Chili Open Golf Tournament has raised over $212,000 to fund a scholarship program for Bedford County residents pursuing degrees in a healthcare field. Through events like its Chili Open Golf Tournament, the MHBC Foundation has emerged as an integral component to UPMC Bedford’s ability to improve the health of the community it serves.
