Healthy No Bake Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • Sugar, 1 cup
  • Unsweetened Dry Powder Cocoa, 0.25 cup
  • Milk, 0.5 cup
  • Pure Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
  • Instant Oats, 3 cups
  • Natural Peanut Butter, 8 Tbsps

Directions

Place all ingredients except the vanilla and oats in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat – stirring often.

Let the mixture boil for 1 minute, remove from heat and let the mixture cool for 1 minute.

Add the vanilla and oats and stir well to combine.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper and cool to room temperature.
