All UPMC doctors and their families can call for a problem-guided referral to mental health resources. Callers do not need to give their names if preferred.

Talk to a health coach who can help you with a range of health topics, like:
- Following a care plan.
- Managing an illness or health problem.
- Explaining treatment options
- Suggesting community resources.
The UPMC Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) ASAP
Open 24/7 to all UPMC staff, the CISM ASAP program provides free, private peer-to-peer support after an event in the workplace. The CISM ASAP teams include both clinical and non-clinical staff from an array of roles.
You can call for yourself or a colleague.
UPMC Physician Peer Coaching
Physician Peer Coaches support and help any requesting physician gain a different perspective on their situation.
