Other Industrial Rehabilitation Services
Functional capacity evaluation
A functional capacity evaluation (or FCE) can provide an accurate measurement of an individual’s ability to perform critical work tasks. This can help to determine an individual’s capabilities/ability to return to work or their employability. An FCE is performed on a one-on-one basis and can last up to 4 hours.
Pre-employment physical ability testing
This testing assists in determining a prospective employee’s ability to safely perform specific job demands.
Ergonomic evaluations
An ergonomic evaluation assesses an individual’s work area, equipment and tool usage with adjustments and recommendations for proper positioning and safety design.
Return to work job analysis
This is a work-place based analysis designed to help employers establish critical criteria and usable job demands for work positions and assist in creating modified work positions.
On-site job shadowing and coaching
Such intervention is designed to ensure a person’s safe return to modified or full-duty work.
Work safety training programs
A work safety training program is custom-designed for various industries to meet your workplace needs. A program provides instruction for groups or individuals to improve safety, material-handling and proper use of body mechanics in work-related activities.
