For UPMC Ear, Nose, and Throat Patients

Here's what you need to know as a new or current ENT patient at UPMC.

UPMC ENT Office Hours and Availability

Weekly office hours and patient appointments vary across UPMC ENT practices throughout Pa., New York, and Maryland.

But you can reach a doctor from any UPMC ENT practice during office hours. And an ENT resident is on call 24 hours a day for urgent and emergency care.

During off-hours, a call service answers our phones.

For all non-urgent calls, the operator will take a message, and we'll call you back the next working day.

If your problem is urgent, they will contact your doctor, who will call you back as soon as possible.
