  • Cardiac and pulmonary rehab after surgery.

  • Referral to outpatient resources — such as medical nutrition therapy — to help you make lifestyle changes.
  • Community outreach, guest speakers, and presentations on ways to manage your heart or vein disease.

Better Breathers of Erie Support Group


This is a free support group for people living with chronic lung conditions.

We offer refreshments and free parking.


Better Breathers meet the 3rd Friday of each month from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.
